Each year, Régie Parcs d’Azur publishes its Gender Equality Index in accordance with French regulations.
Below are the results for the 2025 reporting year:
- Indicator 1: Gender pay gap: Not calculable
- Indicator 2: Individual pay rise gap: 15/35
- Indicator 3: Employees receiving a pay rise following maternity leave: 15/15
- Indicator 4: Gender balance among the 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10
